Account or Premium access

Before you pay, read the Pricing page. It explains how to get Premium access. After payment, sign out, sign back in, then check your Account page. Premium goes to the site account that starts PayPal checkout. Your PayPal email can be different.

Playback help

If a video does not load, refresh the page once and try again. If it still fails, note the title, episode or movie name, and what happened on screen.

Billing or cancellation

Binge Pass is $5 USD per month. Direct subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Billing is handled by the payment provider shown on your account, and cancelled subscriptions normally keep access until the paid period ends.

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Cancellation is described in the Cancellation Policy.
