Account or Premium access
If your Premium access does not appear after payment or approval, sign out, sign back in, then check your Account page.
For Buy Me a Coffee access, use the access claim page from the same email you use on Binge Slayer.
Playback help
If a video does not load, refresh the page once and try again. If it still fails, note the title, episode or movie name, and what happened on screen.
Billing or cancellation
Billing is handled by the payment provider shown on your account. Cancelled subscriptions may keep access until the paid period ends.
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
