General Policy
Membership payments unlock digital access. Because access can begin immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case.
Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access failures that we cannot resolve, or billing mistakes.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through the supported payment provider or account controls. Cancellation usually stops future renewals. If access has already been paid through a period end, access may remain until that date.
Buy Me a Coffee and External Support
Payments made through Buy Me a Coffee or other external platforms may be subject to that provider refund tools and policies. If a refund is issued, Premium access may be removed.
How To Request Help
Contact the site owner with your account email, payment provider, date, and transaction or receipt reference. We will review the request and respond as soon as practical.
