No physical shipping
Binge Slayer sells a digital membership only. No physical item is packed, shipped, or delivered by courier.
Digital access delivery
Digital access is normally activated immediately after payment confirmation. Access is attached to the customer account used on Binge Slayer. If a payment provider requires webhook confirmation, access may update after the provider confirms the successful charge.
Delivery problems
If Premium access does not appear after payment confirmation, contact support@bingeslayer.com from the same email used on the account. Include the payment provider, charge date, and transaction or receipt reference.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the current paid period. Refund handling is covered in the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
